Now, B3's development strategy focus has shifted from "building a gaming ecosystem for Base" to "consumer applications" and "helping other entities build gaming ecosystems."
This collaboration with XRP is an example of "helping other entities build gaming ecosystems": XRP has launched the XRP Gamechain (currently in the testnet phase) and the gaming platform Xcade based on B3 on its blockchain XRPL EVM. At the same time, XRP provides $XRP incentives for its gaming ecosystem, play to earn. Currently, XRPL EVM has launched five fast-paced mini-games. I feel that XRP's development strategy is somewhat similar to that of TON's mini-games, but compared to XRP, TON has the advantage of Telegram.
Consumer applications have always been the story that B3 tells. Personally, I think it is mainly to adapt to Base's future development strategy. As I mentioned before, the design of all apps is aimed at increasing user retention time on them, and the Base App is no exception. In addition to Zora's creator ecosystem, B3's consumer applications and mini-games can effectively enhance user retention time on the app.
The profits generated from the collaboration with XRPL, as well as the transaction fee income from the B3 ecosystem, will be used to repurchase $B3. Therefore, the future price performance of $B3 will be closely related to the activity of XRPL and the number of users on the Base App. This data is also observable, and if the data is promising, I will consider buying in.
Additionally, from the dynamic changes in market attention, the market's focus has now shifted from Base (a while ago) to Solana, which has also led to a general pullback and bottom formation for tickers on Base. Besides $B3, I will also consider tickers like $BNKR and $MAMO (which are actually tickers strongly related to the Base App).
